Halal2all.com is powered by ER Web Solutions ("ERSB"). Halal2all.com web
site ("the Site") and ER Web Solutions are collectively referred to as
Halal2all.com in this Terms of Use Agreeement ("Terms of Use").
This Terms of Use Agreement (the "Agreement")describes the terms and
conditions applicable to your use of the Halal2all.com web site which is
identified by the uniform resource locator www.Halal2all.com (the
"Site"). This Agreement is entered into between you as the user of the
Site (the "User") and Halal2all.com ("Halal2all").
Halal2all authorizes you to view and access the materials at this web

suspend the Service or any of its related functionalities or applications
at any time temporarily or permanently without prior notice. Halal2all
further reserves the right to introduce new features, functionalities or
applications to the Service or to future versions of the Service. All new
features, functionalities, applications, modifications, upgrades and
alterations shall be governed by this Agreement, unless otherwise stated
by Halal2all.
Each Member acknowledges that inability to use the Service wholly or
partially for whatever reason may have adverse effects on its business.
Each Member hereby agrees that in no event shall Halal2all be liable to
the Member or any third parties for any inability to use the Service
(whether due to disruption, changes to or termination of the Service or
otherwise), any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions with respect to
any communications or transmission or delivery of all or any part thereof,
or any damage (direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise) arising from
the use of or inability to use the Service. Each Member further agrees
that any claim against Halal2all for pre-mature termination of the Service
and loss of Free Member Benefits shall be limited to the amount of
subscription fees paid by the Member that are allocated (on a pro-rata
basis) to the unused portion of the subscription period.
Each Member agrees to indemnify Halal2all, its employees, agents and
representatives and to hold them harmless, from any and all losses, claims
and liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which
may arise from its submissions, posting of information or deletion
thereof, from such Member's use of the Service or from such Member's
breach of this Agreement or the Halal2all Terms of Use. Each Member
further agrees that Halal2all is not responsible, and shall have no
liability to it or anyone else for any material posted by such Member or
third parties, including fraudulent, untrue, misleading, inaccurate,
defamatory, offensive or illicit material and that the risk of damage from
such material rests entirely with each Member. Halal2all reserves the
right; at it own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of
any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by the Member, in which
event the Member shall cooperate with Halal2all in asserting any available
defenses.
COPYRIGHTS
All screens, including graphics and text elements displayed on this web
site are protected. The Halal2all web site may from time to time
electronically refer or connect users to third-party publications. Such
publications may contain copyrighted material which remains the property
of their respective owners.
MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY
To open an account, you must complete the registration process by
providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted
by the Registration Form. You then will choose a password and an account
name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining a record of your
password, and the confidentiality of your password and account.
Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that
occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any
unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
PROOF OF HALAL STATUS
Members whom wish to be registered as a Seller must provide an
authenticated proof of its product achieving the Halal Status from any
identifieable Halal Issuing Body. Failure of providing such proof shall
terminate your access to the Site or usage of any of the features,
products and services provided by Halal2all.
USER'S SUBMISSION
Any material, information or other communication you transmit or post to
Halal2all will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
Halal2all and its designees will be free to copy, disclose, distribute,
incorporate and otherwise use all data, images, sounds, text, and other
objects embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial
purposes. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from
Halal2all any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene,
pornographic, or other material that would violate any law.
TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN BUYERS AND SUPPLIERS
Through the Site, Halal2all provides an electronic web-based platform for
exchanging information between buyers and suppliers of products and
services. Halal2all does not represent the seller nor the buyer in
specific transactions and does not charge any commissions from completing
any transactions.
As a result, Halal2all does not control and is not liable to or
responsible for the quality, safety, lawfulness or availability of the
products or services offered for sale on the Site or the ability of the
suppliers to complete a sale or the ability of buyers to complete a
purchase. Users are hereby made aware that there may be risks of dealing
with people acting under false pretences. Because user verification on the
Internet is difficult, Halal2all cannot and does not confirm each User's

Each User acknowledges that it is fully assuming the risks of purchase

risks shall include, but not limited to, mis-representation of products
and services, fraudulent schemes, unsatisfactory quality, failure to meet
specifications, defective products, delay or default in delivery or
payment, cost mis-calculations, breach of warranty, breach of contract and

Each User agrees that Halal2all shall not be liable or responsible for
any damages that may arise a result of or in connection with any risks.
Users are solely responsible for all of the terms and conditions of the
transactions conducted on, through or as a result of use of the Site,
including, without limitation, terms regarding payment, returns,
warranties, shipping, insurance, fees, taxes, title, licenses, fines,
permits, handling, transportation and storage. In the event that any User
has a dispute with any party to a transaction, such User agrees to release

FEES
Gold and Premium Members pay an annual membership fee to Halal2all for
using the Site's certain features, products and services related to their
membership. Free members, Gold and Premium Members may also purchase
certain extra features, products and services which are not included in
their membership packages with respect to their membership types.
Halal2all may at its sole discretion add to, delete, or change some or all
of the contents of the Site or its functionality, or change the applicable
fees for using the Site at any time.
Members are responsible for paying all applicable taxes in addition to
fees of features, products and services they use.
Paid membership fee will not be refunded although a member requests to
terminate its membership before the expiry of the membership period.
USER'S DISCUSSION GROUPS
Halal2all may, but is not obligated to, provide User Discussion Group
Services, monitor or review Chat or Forums areas where users transmit or
post messages or communicate solely with each other, including but not
limited to chat rooms, bulletin boards, electronic mailing lists or other
user forums, and the content of any such Communications. Halal2all,
however, will have no liability related to the content of any such
Communications, whether or not arising under the laws of copyright, libel,
privacy, obscenity, or otherwise.
